「Empowering Disign with Efficiency: More Fun, More Freedom.」

Thinking Bird

Nice to meet you, my name is Yutori. After graduating from university, I worked for more than 10 years in a large structural design company. I am responsible for a wide range of tasks such as strength calculations, drawing and site consultation, and I take on new challenges every day.

What I have found in the process is the fascination of design work and the challenges of the inefficiencies that lie behind it.
The reason I am running this blog is to spread the word about the possibilities of efficiency in design work.
Programming, which I started as a hobby in college, has become a major weapon to support my work, and in addition to using tools such as AutoCAD and Femap, I automate work processes and improve efficiency by making full use of VBA, Java, Python and other programs. This initiative has given me more time to focus on more creative design.

However, not many designers are aware of the power of these programmes. Therefore, we want to use this blog to share with designers methods and specific know-how to improve efficiency and help them automate their work. We believe that efficiency is not only about saving time, but also about freeing up time for new ideas.

We believe that design work can be made more enjoyable and fulfilling by harnessing the power of programming. In this blog, I will provide a wide range of information, from ideas that are easy for even the most novice programmer to get started with, to specific know-how that is directly related to practical work. I also draw on my experience of building and publishing applications in the past, and try to keep the content easy to understand and practical.

We hope this blog will make your day-to-day design work a little easier and inspire you to take on new challenges. Let’s work together to brighten the future of design through the power of efficiency!
